External Electric Concrete Vibrators (aka Shutter Vibrators) are used for concrete compaction of precast walls and columns, precast gutters, concrete sleepers etc. These vibrators are clamped to the formwork molds and their high frequency of vibrations help eject the air bubbles, gaps, providing a denser compaction and supreme finish to the structure.
External High Frequency Pneumatic Shutter Vibrators are used for construction of concrete segments for tunnels, viaducts and bridges. These are placed on the formwork & provide solid concrete compaction & eliminate the blow holes/air gaps as well.
